Our clay tags are baked per clay instructions and then coated 3 times in resin. This is to make them durable and water resistant. However, they are not made for rough housing. We also recommend not to leave your pet unattended with our tags as they are not chew resistant. We are not responsible for any damage caused once you receive your tag. Please reach out though if there are any concerns!

Yes! You can use a soft cloth to wipe away any residue or finger marks. Please do not use anything with alcohol to clean them as this will make the resin lose it's shine, and may make it sticky.

Yes! We have a custom tag listing in our products page. You can also chat with us prior to buying to make sure we have what you'd like. Please keep in mind making a custom tag can take time as we try to find the supplies we need to make it happen for you.
